Here you will find answers to the most important questions about ordering, shipping and doing business with CABLE24.

Is CABLE24 a B2B shop?

Yes. CABLE24 caters exclusively to business customers (B2B). Our products, pricing and terms are designed for commercial use. All prices shown in the shop are net prices, exclusive of the applicable statutory value added tax (VAT).

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. The minimum order value at CABLE24 is EUR 150.00 net. For smaller orders below EUR 150, we recommend purchasing our products through our Amazon shop, where individual items and smaller quantities are also available.

Are the prices in the shop net or gross prices?

All listed prices are net prices (excluding VAT). Where applicable, the statutory value added tax is shown separately during the checkout process and added to the total amount. For intra-Community supplies to businesses with a valid VAT ID number, the delivery may be exempt from VAT under certain conditions.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the weight, volume and destination country of the delivery. The exact shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your order. We offer attractive shipping rates for deliveries within Germany. For bulk orders, we are happy to provide a customised quote including shipping – please contact us at contact@cable-24.net.

How long does delivery take?

Our warehouse is located in Germany (Markt Bibart). Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 business days, and within the EU 3–7 business days depending on the destination country. For special orders or large quantities, delivery times may vary – we will inform you in advance in such cases.

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal and advance payment by bank transfer. The available payment options are displayed during the checkout process. For regular customers with consistent order volumes, payment on account may be arranged upon request.

Can I return goods?

As this is a B2B transaction, there is no statutory right of withdrawal as applies in consumer sales. Nevertheless, customer satisfaction is important to us. Should a product arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, we will of course arrange a return or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods at contact@cable-24.net with your order number and a description of the issue.

Does CABLE24 offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. For larger order quantities or project-based purchases, we are happy to provide a customised quote with volume discounts. Simply send us a request with the desired items and quantities to contact@cable-24.net. We will respond promptly with a suitable offer.

What products does CABLE24 carry?

Our range comprises over 5,000 products related to cables and network technology. These include network cables (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, Cat7, Cat8), patch cables, installation cables, fibre optic cables, coaxial cables, HDMI cables, USB cables, tools, connectors, wall outlets, patch panels, server cabinets and further installation accessories. We carry branded products from 1aTTack.de and S-impuls.

Which countries does CABLE24 deliver to?

We deliver throughout Europe. Our main focus is on Germany, Austria and the Benelux countries, but we also ship to other EU member states. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us in advance so we can clarify shipping costs and customs formalities.
